Sunshine Initiative Litigation Documents

On April 7, 2026, NBSA filed its lawsuit compelling the City to provide a title and summary so that NBSA can gather signatures for the Sunshine Initiative.

On April 29, 2026, the City ruled against the City and in favor of the NBSA and compelled the City stop its stonewalling and provide to NBSA a ballot title and summary, allowing NBSA could begin its campaign.
